Wedding Invitations Vegetarians On Reply Cards
That itself was an act that helped me to savor the meaning of friendship. Miguel Ángel Lama because he was so generous as close. Because Marifé and John came from Merida. Or, especially, because Javier Sanchez and Marta Menéndez marked the return trip from Sevilla to be there.
A Javier and I wanted to give him a hug. I've said from the beginning and I do not think I'm wrong: thanks to its sensitivity, Siltolá Island is poised to become a benchmark in the world of poetry written in English. Proof: In the bar where, after reading, we had a few beers, told us that in the next issue of the magazine will come out some unpublished Juan Ramón Jiménez. And that is too big.
Thanks again Javier. A English literature you need more people like you.

Littlest Pet Shop Kneeboard
And it's not going to leave in the journal, I post here at least the article Juan Ramón (a hug, friend) asked me for this number unborn. There he goes.
Poets Lilliputians. An anthology of the last hidden poetry in English.
An anthology of contemporary poetry is almost in itself a literary genre. Its structure and (unfortunately) also are quite content to any reader fairly predictable attentive. To this we must add that, in recent years, several publishers (too many, I venture to say) have been launched to publish his own hoping to become a reference point in a more or less close. I guess, deep down, they aspired to be something like that once assumed, for example, newest Nine, the choice with which José María Castellet baptized a generation (those other) great writers.
course (I am a realist), Lilliputian Poets do not aspire to competition Hyperion or Visor. For Lilliputians Poets is not just a blog. One of the millions of blogs that barely survive on the Internet. In it, a few months ago, I have been including a handful of contemporary writers that I thought I met the following merits:
a) produce intense poetry, own and risky.
b) not be too popular, either have published editorials with a poor distribution, either because the literary supplements do not have paid attention.
c) Owning a writing project recognizable and projection.
citizens living in the moment eighteen Lilliput. They are, like in the movies, in order of appearance: Benito del Pliego, Omar Pimienta, Cristián Gómez Olivares, Susana Medina, José Antonio Llera, David Eloy Rodríguez, Ferran Fernández, Deborah Vukusic, Luis Arturo Guichard, Manuel del Barrio Donaire, David Yáñez, José Luis Gallero, Victor M. Díez, Miguel Angel Muñoz Sanjuan, Maria Eloy Garcia, Maria Salgado, Sara Herrera Rocío Cerón and Peralta.
All are authors which remain near the margin. Not part of the circus of modern English poetry, that is, not within the jury of the major awards for poetry and, therefore, not having received any such awards or participate in the dozens of lectures, panel discussions, symposia , debates, interviews, conferences or symposiums on poetry requeteúltima that grow like mushrooms in fall four drops of institutional money.
All authors who are certain to start talking before too long. This is what is internet: that, at least, it has the opportunity to propose different things. Enough of them to be provided in all parties. And for the record that this is not play soccer as you take off castizo of me I put . Absolutely. Nor do I like to resurrect the old power struggles between groups of poets.
, however, consider that for pure justice (and even in a place as modest as a blog), it is necessary to call attention to certain of aesthetic quality of which is well above the average of what publish editorials that have the capacity to get anywhere.
The hidden history of writers given to construct a literary history parallel to the official. I authors such as Juan Eduardo Cirlot, Francisco Pino, Antonio Gamoneda (for years), Rafael Pérez Estrada, César Martín Ortiz and Antonio Pereira. The real writers. Of that sting in the eyes of the reader. And, at the time, almost nobody knew about them.
Anyway, all that really matters is what is written. Serve this inventory of names to show that, within the current poetry, however small that one may seem, there are writers who only care about literature. I repeat: it does not matter how small they seem. Gulliver know how they spend.
